For companies
Fitness and nutrition sessions for your team
I run practical fitness and nutrition sessions for teams — one to four hours, in Dutch or English, built around the working day your people actually have.
What you are buying
A session your team can use on the Monday after. Not a motivational hour, not a poster campaign: concrete answers about food, movement and energy for people who sit in meetings all day and eat whatever is nearest.
I will not quote you a statistic about absenteeism. I do not have one that is about your company, and a number borrowed from someone else’s study is not a reason to spend a budget. What I can tell you is exactly what happens in the room and what your people walk out with.
What you need to decide
Four things, and you can decide all of them in one email:
- How long. One hour changes lunch. Two hours adds training. Half a day covers both properly and leaves room for your team’s own questions.
- How many people. Small enough that everyone can ask something is better than a full auditorium — tell me the number and I will tell you honestly whether it still works.
- Where. Say where you would like it to happen — your office, a room you have booked, or online — and I will tell you straight away whether I can do it there.
- Which language. Dutch or English.
What it is not
- It is not a sales pitch for personal coaching from the front of your room. If someone wants to talk to me afterwards, they know where to find me.
- It is not a fitness test. Nobody is asked to train in front of their colleagues, and nobody needs to bring kit.
- It is not medical advice. Anyone with a condition is told to talk to their doctor, and I say so in the room.
Getting a quote
Send me an email with the four answers above and a date you have in mind. You will get a price, what is included and what I would recommend for that slot — usually the same day.
If you would rather talk it through first, call and we will do it in ten minutes.
Next step
Send me four answers and I will send you a price
How long, how many people, where and in which language — plus a date you have in mind.
