What I offer
One-to-one coaching
You and me, on a programme written for your body and your calendar. The core of what I do.

Is this you?
- You are in your thirties, forties or fifties and training has slipped down the list
- You have tried an app, a gym card and a diet, and none survived a busy month
- You want someone who notices when the plan stops fitting your week
What you get
- A first conversation about your week, your history and what you want to be able to do
- A training programme written for your body and the time you really have
- Nutrition guidance built on what you already eat, not a food list you will abandon
- Coaching during the set — form, tempo, load — not feedback typed into an app later
- Adjustments as your weeks change, and someone who asks how the last one went
How it works
How it starts
We talk first, and it is a short conversation. I want to know what your week looks like, what your body has been through, and what you want to be able to do that you cannot do now. “Climb the stairs at work without stopping” is a better goal than a number on a scale, and easier to build a programme around.
What the weeks look like
You get a programme sized to the days you really have. We train together, I coach you through the sets, and I correct what needs correcting while you are doing it. Food is part of it from the start, built on what you already eat. If the week goes wrong — travel, a bad night, a sore shoulder — we change the plan instead of abandoning it.
How long it takes
Longer than thirty days, and that is the honest answer. What you feel first is usually energy and sleep; strength follows. I would rather lose the sale than promise what I cannot do.
The practical part
What it costs
It depends on how often we train and what you need. Ask me and you will get a straight number.
Questions people ask
How often would we train?
As often as your week can hold, week after week — that is the number that matters. We settle it in the first conversation, once I know what your calendar and your body can take, and we change it when your year changes.
I have not trained in years. Is that a problem?
No. It is the situation most people come to me in. We start from what you can do now and build from there; the first sessions are about moving well, not about moving heavy.
I have a medical condition. Can I still train with you?
Talk to your doctor first — that part is not mine to decide. Bring what they tell you to the first conversation and we build the programme around it.
Do you use an app or software to write the programme?
No. I write it myself, and I change it myself. That is the whole point of working one to one, and it is why I will not hand you something a generator produced.
