What I offer
Group lessons
Training in a small group, coached the whole way through — the same attention, shared cost.

Is this you?
- You train better with other people in the room than on your own
- You want a coach watching your form, not a video you follow along to
- You would rather share the cost than train one to one right now
What you get
- HIIT, yoga-based stretching and resistance training in one programme
- Coaching while you move — every exercise has a version that fits what your body can do today
- The option to join online or in person
How it works
What a session looks like
We warm up properly, we train, and we finish with stretching that is worth the time — yoga-based, not a token thirty seconds. HIIT and resistance work are both in there because they do different things: one for what your heart and lungs can take, one for what you can carry up the stairs.
You are coached the whole way through. I am in the room, watching how you move, changing the weight or the range or the exercise when it needs changing.
If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or anything else a doctor is watching, talk to them before you start. Interval training is not the place to find out.
Who ends up here
People who have tried training alone and found that nobody noticed when they stopped. A group notices. That turns out to matter more than the programme.
Some people start in a group and move to one-to-one coaching when they want something built entirely around them. Some do the opposite. Both are fine — tell me what you want and I will say which one I would put you in.
The practical part
What it costs
It depends on the group and how often you come. Message me and you will get a straight number.
Questions people ask
When do the lessons run?
There is no fixed timetable. Groups are put together around when the people in them can actually come, which is why they survive longer than a class you keep missing. Message me and I will tell you what is running now.
I am the least fit person I know. Will I hold the group back?
No. Every exercise has a version that fits what you can do today, and adjusting it is my job, not something you have to ask for in front of everyone.
I have a medical condition. Should I be doing HIIT?
Ask your doctor before you start — that part is not mine to decide, and it matters more for interval work than for anything else I run. Bring what they tell you and we work around it.
What is the difference between this and one-to-one coaching?
Attention and cost. One to one, the whole programme is written for your body and your calendar. In a group you get the same coaching in the room and a plan built for the group rather than for you alone.
How does an online group lesson work?
Live, not a recording you follow along to — coaching you cannot answer back to is not coaching. Ask me when you message and I will walk you through exactly how a session runs.
