What I offer

Corporate fitness and nutrition seminar

A practical session for your team on movement, food and energy through a working day.

A group class on mats, mid-exercise, in an open room

Is this you?

  • You own a wellbeing budget and want something your people will actually use
  • Your team sits all day, eats at their desks and flags by three o'clock
  • You have booked an entertaining speaker before and seen nothing change

What you get

  • A session of one to four hours, sized to the slot you can give it
  • How to plan food around a working day — meetings, travel, canteen, late finishes
  • What is worth doing with twenty minutes, and what is not worth doing at all
  • Straight answers to their questions, without selling them anything

How it works

What a seminar is for

Most wellbeing sessions are enjoyable and forgettable. The test I hold this to is what your team does differently on the Tuesday afterwards — what they order at lunch, whether they take the stairs, whether the twenty minutes they have goes on something that works.

So it is specific. Not “eat well and move more”, but what to do with a day that has four meetings back to back, a canteen you did not choose and a train home at seven.

How it runs

Tell me the slot you can give it and how many people will be in the room, and I build the session around that rather than around a deck I already have. I present in Dutch or in English.

I do not sell one-to-one coaching from the front of your room. If someone wants to talk afterwards they know where to find me.

Getting a quote

Email me the length, the size of the group and a date. You will get a price and what is included, not a brochure.

The practical part

  • How long

    One to four hours

  • What it costs

It depends on the length, the group and where it takes place. Email me what you have in mind and you will get a quote.

Questions people ask

How long should we book?

Anything from one to four hours. An hour is enough to change what people do at lunch; half a day lets us cover training as well and leave time for their own questions.

Which language do you present in?

Dutch or English, whichever your team is more comfortable in. Tell me which when you write and that is the one you get.

Is this a talk or a workshop?

As much of a workshop as the room allows. People remember what they worked out for themselves, so the parts that matter are the ones where your team is doing the thinking.

Do our people need to be fit, or bring kit?

No. Nobody is asked to train in front of colleagues. It is a session about food, movement and energy at work, and it runs in the clothes people came to work in.

Other ways to work together

  • One-to-one coaching

You and me, on a programme written for your body and your calendar. The core of what I do.

  • Group lessons

Training in a small group, coached the whole way through — the same attention, shared cost.

  • Fitness and nutrition consultation

One conversation about your training or your food, if that is all you need right now.

Next step
