Privacy

The short version

• The site sets no cookies, and nothing on it follows you to another website.
• There is a contact form, protected by an anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile, not reCAPTCHA). This website itself stores nothing you type into it — no database, no copy that outlives the sixty seconds a technical counter keeps track of how often the same address has just sent something. What you send does become an ordinary email in Ashish’s own inbox, the same as if you had emailed him directly.
• There is no booking tool and no visitor tracking on it yet. If you would rather book a call or move faster, use the phone number, WhatsApp or the email address, and those go straight to Ashish.
• Nothing you do here is recorded by this site.

If you write, call or send a WhatsApp message

You are then using your own email provider, your own phone or WhatsApp, not this website. What you send arrives in Ashish’s mailbox or on his phone, and he keeps it for as long as he needs it to answer you and to remember the conversation you are having. If you would rather he deleted it, ask and he will.

WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy terms, which apply to the message the moment you send it. If you would rather not use it, the phone number and the email address reach the same person.

The contact form

What you type in (name, email, optionally phone and company, your message) is forwarded as an email to Ashish through Resend, with your address set as the reply-to — he can just hit reply. This website itself keeps no copy in a database; the only thing it keeps briefly is a per-IP counter that expires after sixty seconds and exists only to slow down a burst of messages from the same address. The email itself does land in Ashish’s own inbox and stays there like any email, until he deletes it.

Before it sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not an automated system. Turnstile needs JavaScript to run; without it the form is still usable, but submitting it shows an explanation instead, with a quick way to continue on WhatsApp or by email instead.

The map link

The address on the contact page is a link to Google Maps, not an embedded map. Nothing from Google loads on this site, and Google learns nothing about you unless you click that link — at which point you are on Google’s site under Google’s terms.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the requests it serves — including your IP address — in order to deliver the page and to block attacks. Cloudflare, Inc., United States. Cloudflare also processes the Turnstile check above.

Sending the contact form goes through Resend, United States, which delivers the email into Ashish’s inbox on this site’s behalf. Resend briefly sees what you type in order to do that; the site itself does not keep it.

What is not here yet, and what will change when it is

A booking link and privacy-friendly visitor statistics are planned. Neither is live. When each one goes live, this page gains a section describing exactly what it does and who processes it, in the same release, and the date above changes with it. Nothing is added to this site quietly.

What is already decided, so you can hold us to it: the future statistics will be cookieless, so there will still be nothing to consent to.

What you can ask for

Under the GDPR you can ask what data is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to it being processed. Write to coachingwithashish@gmail.com and you will get an answer. In practice, for almost everyone, the only thing held is a message you sent yourself.

If you think something has been handled badly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.

Changes

This page is dated. If what the site does changes, the page changes with it in the same release.
